EasyCare Academy
EasyCare Academy, a healthtech + edu startup, was looking to define a brand identity system that could encompass their parent brand, product line, and sub-branded areas of focus.
EasyCare’s first product, Respond, was a digital tool built to assess the quality of life for older people. The tool was based on decades of research and development and a proven track record in assessing older people’s needs around the world.
The next phase of the product lifecycle was to broaden it’s reach and train a fully-remote and localized workforce to administer the assessment. We launched EasyCare’s website in three phases to match the cadence of product development, investment and market viability.

For the first phase of ECA’s web presence, we spun up a simple and scrappy website announcing the company’s formation and brand ID.

As they prepared to soft-launch their first two products we built a slightly more robust marketing site which introduced the company’s core product line and helped further express the company’s new brand identity.

In order to offer the company’s assessment to a wider audience, they had to train up administers of the tool.

To do this we incentivized users to become members and train on the system’s in-browser edu app, before getting certified as Respond Assessors.

The site’s logged in state took users to a dashboard where they could continue their assessor training, purchase additional courses, and launch the Respond software in-browser.
