GCOA

The Global Coalition on Aging is re-thinking conventional wisdom and helping companies “turn the corner” to get in front of this massive shift. In order to do that effectively, they needed a new logo and a home on the web. I assembled and oversaw a small team of brand and experience designers to build both the website and the brand ID.

The challenge in this work was to intake the topic of aging populations and imbue it with a fresh and energetic sensibility, while also reflecting the membership of globally prominent corporations such as Bank of America, Intel, Pfizer and Pepsico. The aim was to produce a brand that was businesslike, sophisticated, fresh and modern. In the years following the launch of the new brand and site, GCOA has grown its membership considerably, launched numerous events, and become a thought leader in the aging and productivity space. The elevated brand identity was a key factor in driving this business forward.
